We love our unique and timeless pieces and hope you do too! Eligible items purchased online may be returned by mail or at our retail store in Redlands, CA.

Return Policy:

• Merchandise purchased at full price may be returned for a full refund to the original payment method or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
• All merchandise on sale is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
• We recommend you use a trackable and insured shipping method for returns made by mail as West of Texas cannot accept responsibility for items not received or damaged in transit.
• West of Texas reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the merchandise does not meet the terms and conditions of our Return and Exchange Policy. Items that do not meet the policy’s terms and conditions may be returned to you.
